A message to all our customers,
in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic
Dear guests,
We hope you and your families have been well throughout these unprecedented times. We are very happy to be hosting you in our premises and we thank you for choosing to stay with us. We would like to inform you about the steps our team has taken, as a response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and as part of our responsible hosting philosophy towards you, our customers, and our staff:
1. All our apartments are being professionally cleaned and disinfected before our every new stay, including all surfaces from desktops to door handles.
2. In continuous response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at our property. Food and beverage services at our properties have been suspended at this time, until further notice. We are happy to be providing all our guests with individual hand sanitizers, placed for free inside each studio.
3. Certain services, like on-demand airport transfers, are available at this time but have to be arranged on an individual basis. Please enquire via our Contact page or Social channels.
4. For international travelers, we might need to request additional documentation to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant information that the Greek Government might require us to provide.
5. If you require special assistance during your stay with us, please don't hesitate to inform us. We will point you to the right direction.
